Registration Policy

By registering, you agree to this policy. Waiver of Liability: I release the North Platte Pickleball Club, its officers, volunteers, sponsors, and related parties from all liability for injuries or losses related to my participation, even if caused by negligence. I understand pickleball has inherent risks. Photo Release: I allow the Club to use photos/videos of me for promotional purposes. Cancellation Policy: The North Platte Pickleball Club reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event. In the event of cancellation, refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Club's Board. Refunds may include a full refund, a prorated refund based on the portion of the tournament completed, or the entry fee may be considered a donation to the North Platte Pickleball Club. Postponements allow for refunds or registration transfer. Code of Conduct: Sportsmanlike conduct is expected. Abide by rules, respect others and facilities. Assumption of Risk: I understand pickleball has risks and assume them. Governing Law: Nebraska law governs this policy.
